We want you to love your ALV Jewels pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
